- 25 Families Need Support: Adopt a family by selecting from the list provided by Sources Trauma Counselling Department.

Ways to Help: Buy gifts for your adopted family (submit receipts for tax credits) or donate funds via e-transfer to lindawrrchar@gmail.com (tax receipts for donations over $20).

Deadlines: Submit unwrapped, labeled gift bags by 12 December, with delivery scheduled for 13 December.
