January 6, 2026Our January 6 meeting included the induction of Trevor Halford, an engaging presentation by SFU student and Climate Corps co-founder Maiya Morancie on the intersection of climate change and national security, and updates on the Spring Book Sale and Fieldhouse preparations. Members also recognized vocational service, celebrated Keith Becker’s leadership with Happy Bucks, and received reminders about the January 27 AGM and the February 28 Coldest Night of the Year walk at Memorial Park.

Happy Bucks
Sergeant-at-Arms Gina donated Happy Bucks in honour of Keith Becker, recognizing his ongoing leadership and hard work reorganizing the warehouse in preparation for the Spring Book Sale.
