Rich Ulvild spoke on reverse mortgages which he prefers to call lifestyle mortgages. At 6.84% rate that should improve the lifestyle of the lender in a completely secured financial product. The hope is that a homeowner uses their equity wisely, no one brought up the line of credit discussion and the current rates on that product by comparison.
